What made you choose the electric guitar as your main instrument?

My highschool friend introduced me to the instrument and I fell in love with it.
Who are your main influences?
Typical guitar gods and metal bands. A little on the pop songs to get some sweet melodies.
What gear do you currently use for recording and for live performances?
Washburn Mercury Series guitar for recording & live. Zoom G2.1U for recording & live also.
What is your favorite technique in playing guitar?
Slide & legato, together they create a smooth flow of notes.
Any advice to aspiring guitarists who want to be at the same level as you?
Keep your ears open, listen to any type of music. You'll never know when will inspiration strike you.
