What made you choose the electric guitar as your main instrument?
Guitar was mainly the instrument of choice back then, because it was hanging freely in our sala, at first I wasn't interested but noodling the damn strings and envied by my brother, its time to take out the dead from its coffin

What gear do you currently use for recording and for live performances?
For recording I use my old trusty line in JOCK! Currently using a G2 for all Ampsim, Adobe Audition 1.5 and FL 8. No high tech gimmick guys, preferred guitar is an Ibanez Rg7420, but recently used a Fernando Strat, good tone, good tone. On live performances, whatever is light. A G2 and a Fernando Strat, on special occasion I bring my trusty and damn heavy Washburn Wg597, my poor man's board (Boston Heavy Metal Trigain Mod, Behringer Wah, Behringer OD/Dist, G2 for mod), or sometimes my Yamaha GW50 old school.
